Vaibhav leads the accounting and assurance practice across ABV & Company locations while managing the Indore office. With over 17 years of professional experience, he specializes in various GAAPs and GAAS frameworks including IFRS, US GAAP, SIFRS, Indian GAAP and GAAS.
His core expertise includes Assurance, Due Diligence, Business Plan Reviews, Financial Strategy, Financial Reporting, Business Valuation, Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategic Advisory services for startups and enterprises.
He has extensive cross-industry exposure across Manufacturing, Real Estate, Telecom, IT & ITES and global markets including the US, UK, Germany, Singapore and Sri Lanka.
Prior to joining ABV & Company, Vaibhav worked with Ernst & Young India and Shah Gupta & Co. He actively works with startups to strengthen financial planning, unit economics, business strategy and growth analysis.
